"I want to be traded"

"I want to be traded"
"I would like to be traded, yeah. Tough as it is to come to that conclusion there's no other alternative, you know?
Stephen A. Smith: "Is there ANYTHING the Los Angeles Lakers can do to get you to remain with the organization?"
Kobe: "No, bro."

A Lakers insider accused Kobe to be the responsible of the Shaq-Lakers split. Kobe was particularly frustrated when he found that.
Kobe: "I saw an article this AM in the LA Times which said a Lakers' insider noted that my wanting to get away from Shaq is what created this whole mess the Laker's currently find themselves in. Man, hearing something like that, which is not true, and which comes from the inside is totally frustrating. It's NOT true."
Even Shaq told publicly earlier today he believed Kobe 100%.

So is this the real end of Kobe era in L.A. It seems to. BUT at the same time, Kobe went on another radio show and says he would welcome a trade but he's always wanted to retire as a Laker. If Jerry West comes back, or if L.A organisation brings O'Neal or Garnett in town, there's truly a chance he'll stay.

The big story right now is no longer about the playoffs, but about the greatest player of tha game.

Kobe wants Jerry West back otherwise he'll ask to be traded

Kobe wants Jerry West back otherwise he'll ask to be traded
Kobe told an ESPN journalist that he wanted Jerry West back in L.A with full authority. In 1996, West made Shaq a Laker & traded Divac for a rookie named Kobe.

He'll leave his post in Memphis on July 1st. And according to a still frustrated Kobe, the Lakers organisation better should bring West back to town, 'cause #24 wants significant changes to occur.

When he re-signed in 2005, the organisation told Kobe they would build a championship contender. But except for Odom, Mitch Kupchak, the current Lakers general manager, didn't make the right decisions.

Apparently, the Lakers had an opportunity to have Baron Davis...they didn't get him. Same thing for Ron Artest & Carlos Boozer. Last february, they could have brought Jason Kidd but they didn't make the move. In addition, they traded neo all star Caron Butler, Kobe's best friend in the 2005 Lakers team, and Kobe learned about the trade a couple of days after it was done.

So Kobe is clearly frustrated and he made the 1st move today by letting publicly know what he has in mind. As he said, he's not looking to leave L.A, but if there's no changes through the summer, he will.

So Mitch, make your 1st move & bring "the logo" back!

"DO SOMETHING & DO IT KNOW" Kobe Bryant after game 5 vs the Suns

The organisation has to make some moves in the offseason, starting on May 22nd, after the draft.

And the name which often came to the discussion is the one we call "the Big Ticket".

Now KG needs to stop being loyal to his team and ask to be traded to L.A.

We'll see but we're all hoping this trade to become reality.
